The chocolate biscuit - Fox’s Classic, a fine example indeed. It should be noted that cutting was performed straight from the fridge, and that the chocolate coating hadn’t been pre-softened.
Both tools sliced easily and cleanly through the biscuit, with a satisfying and practically effortless parting of the whole.

Of the two, the Pizza Cutter produced a slightly cleaner cut (the Scissors giving a slightly rugged look that some biscuit connoisseurs may prefer), although there was definite crumbling that simply didn’t happen with the Scissors.

Once again this was a very close call, and we had to eat the biscuit while we deliberated, but in the end the cleaner cut of the Pizza Cutter won out against the rugged graining of the Scissors.
