Photo-a-Day for July 2007

Photo-a-Day July 2007What is says in the title really. Part of a group project organised on The DVD Forums (thread here), the idea is to take one photograph each day for the whole month.

I shall be interested to see how long my imagination lasts on this one, and whether I can pull thirty-one decent photos out of the bag.

I’ll be posting the photos here as the month goes on.

Get in quick! You only have three-quarters of an hour left…

Ooh love what I’ve seen so far, and that’s just Andy’s big ones-especially the gates, I have a thing about gates, must mean something sexually deviant I think, actually gates are male, openings are female, according to some old art duffer talking about Rothko.
And as for yours, I’m glad someone else has random bowls of disparate objects. The flowers are brilliant, excellent photography. Keep it up-the photo a day I mean. xx

Hehe - there are quite a few gates around by me Maeve, so dont be surprised if you see a few more over the next month! The end of the month should be quite interesting too, since I have my Graduation show!

Thanks Maeve - my random bowl of disparate object is actually just full of cufflinks! Before I took the photo I removed the pieces of fluff, coins, sequins and bits of plastic that you find but have no idea where they came from or what they are for. But yes, normally I do have a random bowl of disparate objects - now returned to its former glory (minus the fluff).

They’re wonderful pictures mate! You have a very good eye.

Dude, you’ve slacked off - what’s going on?!

  8. 8 Chris

    Thanks Carl :)

Andy - I haven’t slacked off, I’ve just been away for the weekend. Pictures from Thursday through today will be up later on, once I’ve had a chance to look at my thousand or so photos!

Great photos Chris, the sepia photograph of the books is fantastic.

I’m really enjoying these inspired photos. Especially love the broken boats! But spoilt for choice - so many good ones.

Glad you enjoyed them, and that I made it to the end after all. Look!
